Under the direction of Chef Luis Molina, Entre Campanas offers world class dining in a breathtaking environment. Luis is a graduate of the famed Mausi Sebess culinary school Buenos Aires, Argentina. The menu is a selection of his favorite Latin American dishes as well as his own creations.
The menu also reflects a heavy preference for local ingredients from local farmers, buying relatively few imported items.
The restaurant is located inside the newly renovated boutique hotel, Los Pasos, offering 19 luxury rooms at very accessible prices.
